Jelovnik dece, u zavisnosti od uzrasta, treba deci da obezbedi ne samo potrebne kalorije, ve\u0107 i pravilan me\u0111uodnos hranljivih materija<\/a>. U tu svrhu, razra\u0111ene su preporuke, odnosno standardi za ishranu prema uzrastima. Kako ne postoje na\u0161i standardi za ishranu dece, koriste se preporuke Svetske zdravstvene organizacije.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jelovnik beba<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pravilna ishrana odoj\u010deta ima veliki zna\u010daj u za\u0161titi i odr\u017eanju zdravlja, kao i za psihofizi\u010dki razvoj deteta. Ukoliko je i ishrana adekvatna odoj\u010de se najbr\u017ee razvija i napreduje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S obzirom na va\u017enost pravilne ishrane beba i na mno\u0161tvo informacija koje ona podrazumeva, o tome sam posebno pisala u \u010dlanku “Ishrana beba po mesecima<\/a>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jelovnik dece na uzrastu od 12 do 24 meseci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dete se doji, prema \u017eelji majke, do 2 puta dnevno. Nema ograni\u010denja u vo\u0107u, povr\u0107u i drugoj hrani, a koli\u010dina zavisi od apetita, dnevne aktivnosti i potreba. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Te\u010dnost se ne daje u toku obroka. Nakon obroka, dete mo\u017ee da pije koliko \u017eeli vode, \u010daja ili soka bez \u0161e\u0107era. Ne treba da pije vi\u0161e od 500 do 700 ml mleka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deci ne treba davati koncentrisanu hranu poput \u010dokolade, keksa, bombona. Zapravo, za decu uop\u0161te nije preporu\u010dljiv preterani unos slatki\u0161a. Ukoliko, pak, dete konzumira slatki\u0161e, obavezno nakon toga treba da opere zube. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vitamin D se daje u zimskom periodu i posle navr\u0161ene 1 godine \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jelovnik dece na uzrastu od 24 do 36 meseci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ako je dete pravilno negovano u toku prethodnih uzrasta, onda je prili\u010dno oja\u010dalo nakon napunjene druge godine, a u vezi sa tim oja\u010dali su i njegovi organi za varenje. Prema tome, mo\u017ee se pro\u0161iriti njegov raniji jelovnik. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

U drugoj godini, dnevni de\u010dji obrok zavisi od mnogo \u010dega. Ukoliko je dete mirnije, du\u017ee spava i manje se kre\u0107e, uzima\u0107e manje hrane. Sa druge strane, ako je dete nemirnije, tr\u010di, ska\u010de i igra se na \u010distom vazduhu, onda su njegove potrebe za hranom ve\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naravno, i na uzrastu dece od 24 do 36 meseci, mora se voditi ra\u010duna o tome \u0161ta im se i koliko daje od hrane. Hrana koja im se nudi mora biti sve\u017ea i lako svarljiva da se ne bi poremetilo varenje. Potrebno je da i dalje bude ka\u0161asta, vremenom gu\u0161\u0107a i sve grublja i, \u0161to je najva\u017enije, dovoljno kuvana, jer se takva lak\u0161e vari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vrlo je va\u017eno probati hranu koja \u0107e mo\u0107i detetu da obezbedi pravilan razvoj i napredak. To podrazumeva obezbe\u0111ivanje detetu utro\u0161ak toplote koji je u drugoj godini neobi\u010dno visok. S obzirom da je najbolji sastojak za stvaranje toplote mast, a njen najbolji izvor kravlje mleko i njegovi proizvodi (maslac, sir, kajmak) i \u017eumance od jajeta, ove namirnice treba da budu zastupljene u jelovniku dece na navedenom uzrastu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

U drugoj godini, dete je fizi\u010dki aktivnije u odnosu na prethodni uzrast, pa prema tome tro\u0161i i vi\u0161e energije. Zato mu je potrebno vi\u0161e ugljenih hidrata, kojima \u0107e podmiriti utro\u0161enu energiju. Glavni izvor ugljenih hidrata su bra\u0161no (hleb, testo, proizvodi od \u017eitarica uop\u0161te), \u0161e\u0107er i sva biljna hrana (vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Za izgradnju novih tkiva, neophodno je prisustvo belan\u010devina i to u dovoljnoj koli\u010dini. Usled odsustva ove vrste hranljive supstance, bilo iz kojeg razloga, mogu da nastupe \u0161tetne posledice. U te \u0161tetne posledice spadaju malokrvnost, mlitavost mi\u0161i\u0107a, neotpornost prema infekcijama, zastoj u rastu. Belan\u010devina, kao \u0161to znamo, ima najvi\u0161e u mesu, mleku i svim mle\u010dnim proizvodima i jajetu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pored ve\u0107 navedenog, deci na uzrastu od 24 do 36 meseci, potrebno je obezbediti uno\u0161enje izvesnih mineralnih soli, koje slu\u017ee za izgradnju novih tkiva i za obavljanje odre\u0111enih hemijskih procesa u organizmu. Najbolji izvori soli su mleko, u kome ima kre\u010dnih soli, \u017eumance od jajeta i mlada jetra u kojima ima dosta gvo\u017e\u0111a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Najzad, treba misliti i na ulogu vitamina koja je u doba rasta va\u017enija nego kod odraslih. Od svih vitamina najva\u017eniji su A, B, C, D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0160ta nije preporu\u010dljivo da deca jedu na uzrastu od 24 do 36 meseci?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Deci ovog uzrasta, izvesna hrana ne sme se davati. To su svinjsko meso, kobasice, kiseo kupus, kisela paprika i krastavci, prevreo sir, jaki za\u010dini i alkoholna pi\u0107a. Naravno, veoma je bitno ograni\u010davati decu u konzumiranju slatki\u0161a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De\u0161ava se da pojedina deca ne podnose izvesnu hranu. Pri uno\u0161enju najmanjih koli\u010dina reaguju povra\u0107anjem, bolovima u stomaku, dijarejom i izbijanjem ospi po telu, rukama, nogama, licu. Mo\u017ee do\u0107i i do otoka sluzoko\u017ee \u017edrela, takozvane koprivnja\u010de. Sve vrste namirnica mogu biti uzrok ovakvoj pojavi alergije, ali su to naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e jaja, riba, mleko i pojedina mesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tako\u0111e, mo\u017ee se desiti da je jedno isto dete osetljivo na nekoliko vrsta hrane. U vezi sa ovim, u lak\u0161im slu\u010dajevima, isklju\u010diti hranu na koju je dete preosetljivo i davati je u po\u010detku u sasvim malim koli\u010dinama, a zatim u sve ve\u0107im dok se ne stekne neka vrsta odbrane organizma. U te\u017eim slu\u010dajevima obratiti se lekaru.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Preporuka za kraj<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Vodite ra\u010duna o tome \u0161ta se mora i \u0161ta treba davati detetu, ne uskra\u0107ujte mu neophodan minimum ali ne optere\u0107ujte ga. Hrana mora biti me\u0161ovita, ne samo u ukupnom dnevnom obroku, ve\u0107 i u pojedina\u010dnim. Pored navedenog, po\u017eeljno je da bude spremljena na razli\u010dite na\u010dine. Ako detetu dajemo uvek ista jela ono gubi apetit i preti opasnost od pothranjenosti.
